我国产权市场经过20多年的快速发展,已经成为具有很强社会公信力的市场交易平台,是我国多元化资本市场的重要组成部分。产权交易行业能够获得快速发展有多方面的原因,一方面是资本市场本身的不断发展,需要产权市场这个市场化平台来实现产权的有序流转,这是资本市场发展的客观需要。另一方面产权交易行业自身的规范运作,树立了自身良好的市场平台形象,赢得了市场的高度认可,为产权市场的可持续发展注入了强劲的发展动力。此外,产权交易行业十分重视创新工作,特别是交易品种和交易方式的创新,由此增强了产权市场的活力,使产权市场能够不断适应市场需求,充分显现了独特的功能和价值。
