李××女24岁主因右侧三叉神经第二支痛,于1993年1月11日、12日两次在本院口腔科行右眶下神经管封闭强的松龙乳剂1.5ml,2%利多卡因2ml,症状明显好转。为巩固疗效,而于1月29日上午9时行第三次封闭治疗,拔针后患者突感头晕、心悸、恶心、呕吐两次,急送急诊室。体格检查:血压15/8kpa,脉搏65次/分,心电图报告:窦性心率,心电轴不偏,(?)房室传导阻滞。听诊心率不齐,可闻及长间歇,心音强有力。当时因眼睑肿胀不能睁眼。于1月31日晨8时许眼睑肿胀好转,睁眼后发现右眼看不见,但无其它不适,而于2月1日中午11时来我科就诊。眼部检查:右眼视力无光感,眼睑轻度
