2014年,集团实现营业收入约为人民币157.02亿元,同比上升10.5%。若不考虑投资物业评估升值和汇兑损益,核心净利润约为人民币15.75亿元,同比上升17.0%。越秀集团积极应对市场下行变化,灵活调整营销策略,录得累计合同销售(“合同销售”包括了合营公司项目的销售)金额约人民币220.14亿元,累计合同销售面积约188.61万平方米,同比分别上升50.4%和63.3%,顺利完成人民币220亿元的全年销售目标。全年合同销售金额再创集团的历史新高,目标完成率和同比增长率在同行中均名列前茅。
In 2014, the operating revenue of the Group was approximately RMB15,702 million, an increase of 10.5% over the same period of last year. Excluding the appreciation of investment properties and exchange gains and losses, core net profit of approximately RMB1.575 billion, an increase of 17.0%. Yuexiu Group actively responded to the downward market changes and flexibly adjusted its marketing strategy. The accumulated contract sales (including the sales of the joint venture projects) amounted to approximately RMB22,014 million and the accumulated contract sales area was approximately 1,886,100 square meters. Up 50.4% and 63.3% respectively over the same period last year and successfully completed the full-year sales target of RMB22.0 billion. The annual contract sales volume hit a record high for the Group. The target completion rate and the year-on-year growth rate were among the best in the industry.
