伴随着新课改实施,中学体育健康课程也进行了一系列的改革,中学的体育健康课程不再仅仅作为锻炼学生体魄的课程,而是作为全面提升学生综合素质的课程。在这个背景条件下,合作学习成为新型体育健康教育的又一教学方法,并引起了广大师生的共同关注,实践证明合作学习的体育教学方法不仅提高了体育课程的教学效果,促进了师生间与学生间的关系的融洽,同时提升了学生的团队合作精神,提升学生的综合素质,促使学生获得认识成长和人格发展。
