刘斐,字为章,1898年10月25日出生于湖南省醴陵北乡(今株洲县姚家坝)的一个普通农民家庭。早年受孙中山民主革命思想的影响投身革命,曾为桂系的智囊人物,对撮合蒋桂联合起过重要作用。抗日战争时期,刘斐任国民政府对日作战大本营作战组中将组长、军令部厅长、国防部参谋次长,是国民党中坚决抗日的重要代表之一,后因不满蒋介石的内战独裁政策而辞职。
Liu Fei, the word for chapter, October 25, 1898 was born in Liling County, Hunan Province (now Zhuzhou Yaojiaba) an ordinary peasant family. Influenced by Sun Yat-sen’s democratic revolution in his early years, he joined the revolution and was a think-tank member of the Guangxi Department. He played an important role in bringing together Jiang and Gui. During the War of Resistance Against Japan, Liu Fei served as the Lieutenant-General Lieutenant-General Lieutenant-Colonel Lieutenant Colonel Lieutenant-Colonel Lieutenant Colonel, Minister of Defense, and Deputy Chief of Staff of the Department of Defense during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression in Japan. As one of the important representatives of the Kuomintang who staunchly resisted Japan, he was dissatisfied with Chiang Kai-shek’s civil war dictatorship Resign.
