前言 Z1600/1380平盘中速磨煤机是我国电力工业发展大型机组的主要辅机之一,它具有投资省,耗料少,运行经济等优点。其主要的磨损部件——锟套在工作过程中经受着煤块及矸石的严重磨损,如果锟套的磨损很快,寿命很低,则对备品制造、尤其是电厂的维修压力很大。还因为锟套不耐磨,使“下脚煤”排出量很多,浪费煤炭。所以,锟套本身耐磨与否,对电厂的安全、经济生产影响很大。因此,提高锟套的使用寿命,便成为电力机械工业中的一个课题。
