本研究对比观察了50例缓解期慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者肺动脉压与其全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、红细胞比积的关系。结果表明:显性肺动脉高压组患者的全血高、低切变率的比粘度、红细胞比积均高于正常肺动脉压和隐性肺动脉高压组的患者(P均<0.01);全血高、低切变率的比粘度和红细胞比积均与静息时肺动脉平均压呈显著正相关(γ分别为0.51、0.64、0.72,P均<0.01)。提示COPD患者肺动脉高压的发生与血液粘滞度的增高有一定关系。
The present study compared the relationship between pulmonary arterial pressure and whole blood specific viscosity, plasma specific viscosity, and hematocrit in 50 patients with COPD. The results showed that the specific viscosity and hematocrit of whole blood with high and low shear rate in patients with dominant pulmonary hypertension were significantly higher than those with normal pulmonary hypertension and latent pulmonary hypertension (P <0.01) The low shear rate specific viscosity and hematocrit were significantly and positively correlated with resting mean pulmonary artery pressure (γ = 0.51,0.64,0.72, P <0.01, respectively). Tip COPD patients with pulmonary hypertension and blood viscosity has a certain relationship.
