目的为了解第五师九十团已婚妇女妇科病发病情况,制定干预措施,有效提高我团妇女健康水平。方法对我团2010年在我团居住的所有常住与外来已婚妇女1568例进行妇女病普查。结果九十团妇女病普查率为82.33%,各种妇科病患病率达40.90%。患病前五位疾病为阴道炎37.76%,宫颈糜烂17.68%,宫颈纳囊10.42%,阴道壁膨出8.11%,宫颈息肉1.93%。结论阴道炎、宫颈糜烂、宫颈纳囊、阴道壁膨出、宫颈息肉是影响九十团已婚妇女身体健康的多见疾病,做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗是预防保健工作的重点。
Objective To understand the incidence of gynecological diseases among married women in the 90th regiment of the Fifth Division and to formulate intervention measures to effectively improve the health of women in our regiment. Methods A total of 1 588 permanent and married foreign women living in our regiment in 2010 were surveyed. Results Ninety groups of women’s disease prevalence rate of 82.33%, the prevalence of various gynecological diseases reached 40.90%. The top five diseases were vaginitis 37.76%, cervical erosion 17.68%, cervical nano-capsule 10.42%, vaginal wall bulging 8.11%, cervical polyp 1.93%. Conclusions Vaginitis, cervical erosion, cervical capsule, vaginal wall bulging and cervical polyps are common diseases that affect the health of married women in the 90th regiment. Early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment are the focuses of preventive health care work.
