自国务院制定《开展对外加工装配业务试行办法》以来，我国加工贸易走过了２１年的历程，加工贸易额在１９８１～１９９８年间增长了近７０倍。有关加工贸易的是非问题一直是人们争论的焦点。笔者认为，在经济全球化的今天，有必要重新认识我国的加工贸易，以澄清误解、统一认?
Since the State Council formulated the Trial Measures for Carrying Out the Foreign Processing and Assembly Business, China’s processing trade has gone through 21 years of history. The processing trade volume has increased by nearly 70 times between 1981 and 1998. The non-issue concerning the processing trade has always been the focus of debate. The author believes that in today’s economic globalization, it is necessary to re-understand China’s processing trade in order to clarify misunderstanding and unification.
