“法律是高压线,谁碰上谁触电。法律是保护神,惩罚犯罪护好人。”“一人吸毒,全家遭殃。赶快戒毒,幸福安康。”近日,笔者和同事的手机相继收到了不少这样的公益短信,一些机关、部门、单位纷纷利用手机短信这种新的形式进行禁毒、法律等方面的宣传,我们不禁为这些部门的敏感性和社会责任感叫好。这样的手机短信和这种做法,非常值得提倡。随着手机的日益普及,短信这种新型的传播媒介,由于编写容易,接发速度快,收费适中而日益被人们在娱乐互动、日常交往中所使用,成为一种重要的社会交流形式。然而,时下手机短信泛滥,良莠庞杂,一些不健康的、低级庸俗的甚至于黄色的垃圾短信侵入人们的手机交往空间,犹如病毒般交叉感染,产生了一定的负面社会影响,甚至形成了一种不良的社会风气,成为人们议论关注的焦点。我们完全可以也应该因势利导,把这种形式拿来为
