目的 探讨老年男性骨质疏松患者血清骨代谢指标变化与骨质疏松的关系及疗效观察。方法 对 95例老年男性骨质疏松患者服用珍牡胶囊和霜叶红前后骨代谢指标进行放射免疫定量分析。结果 老年男性骨质疏松患者血清白细胞介素 1β(IL - 1β) ,和甲状旁腺素中段 (PTH -M)水平明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。类胰岛素样生长因子 (IGF -Ⅱ )和 2 5羟基维生素D(2 5 -OH -D)水平明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。服药后检测IL -I、PTH -M含量明显下降 ,IGF -Ⅱ和 2 5 -OH -D则明显增高 ,与服药前比较差异显著。服药前骨密度值与本地区同性别骨峰值比较 ,下降百分率为2 7 6± 5 1,服药后测定值下降百分率为 2 5 0± 3 6。结论 IL - 1β、IGF -Ⅱ、PTH -M和 2 5 -OH -D联合检测可作为诊断老年男性骨质疏松和判断疗效的良好指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the changes of serum bone metabolism index and osteoporosis in senile patients with osteoporosis and the curative effect. Methods Ninety-five elderly osteoporosis patients were treated with Zhenmu Capsule and Frost Ye Hong before and after the bone metabolism indicators for radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of serum interleukin - 1β (IL - 1β) and parathyroid hormone (PTH - M) in elderly men with osteoporosis were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). The levels of IGF-Ⅱ and 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25-OH-D) were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.01). The levels of IL-I and PTH-M were significantly decreased after treatment, while the levels of IGF-Ⅱ and 25-OH-D were significantly higher than those before treatment. The difference between the pre-medication BMD value and the same-sex bone peak value in this region was 276 ± 5 1, and the decreased value after taking the drug was 25 0 ± 36. Conclusion The combination of IL - 1β, IGF - Ⅱ, PTH - M and 25 - OH - D can be used as a good indicator to diagnose osteoporosis in elderly men.
