与如此强烈的时代要求形成鲜明对比的是,新疆民营企业的人力资源管理现状的不尽如人意,在很大程度上制约了民营经济的进一步发展,使表面上看似很光鲜的民营企业也面临着必须革新其管理,知识经济时代,民营企业的发展更多的还是自己的摸索,但不可否认的是好的管理拥有核心人才的优势是企业生存和发展的关键。本文从分析民营企业人力资源管理的问题出发,发现其间人力资源在民营企业中应用的问题,提出一些完善新疆民营企业人力资源管理的建设性意见。
