鼻内镜外科技术为颅底病变的外科治疗提供了一种新方法,这是因为与其他同类手术相比,其具有显著的优点:①可迅速到达手术区域;②视野好,有助于显露深部解剖结构,提高手术的精准度和安全性;③可减少对脑组织的牵拉;④缩短了手术时间;⑤体现微创手术特征[1]。本文就近几年来国内、外鼻内镜颅底外科的相关进展进行综述。
Endoscopic surgery provides a new approach to the surgical treatment of skull base lesions because of its significant advantages over other surgeries: rapid access to the surgical field; good field of view that helps to reveal Deep anatomy, improve the accuracy and safety of surgery; ③ can reduce the pulling of brain tissue; ④ shorten the operation time; ⑤ reflect the characteristics of minimally invasive surgery [1]. This review summarizes the recent progress in the study of skull base surgery at home and abroad.
