一、苹果中晚熟新品种“秦红”“秦红”是我们以“威赛克”作母本、“嘎拉”作父本杂交育成的苹果中晚熟鲜食、加工兼用新品种。果实长圆锥形,平均单果重265克,最大单果重350克;果实暗红色,果点小,果粉厚;果肉黄白色,肉质松脆、稍粗,汁液多,香味淡,风味甜酸;果肉硬度8.3公斤/平方厘米,果实出汁率81.8%;在陕西省渭北南部,果实9月上中旬成熟,为中晚熟品种。该品种2011年1月通过了陕西省果树品种审定委员会审定。(彩图参见81页图3)(西北农林科技大学园艺学
