陕政发[2016]37号各设区市人民政府,省人民政府各工作部门、各直属机构:为促进我省民间投资企稳回升、民营经济持续健康发展,根据国务院促进社会投资健康发展工作会议和《国务院办公厅关于进一步做好民间投资有关工作的通知》(国办发明电[2016]12号)精神,现提出以下意见。一、深入推进“放管服”改革(一)进一步下放投资项目审批权限。及时修订《陕西省政府核准的投资项目闩录》,有效承接国家下放核准事项,再下放一批省级核准事项。完善
