目的:研究青光安大鼠含药血清的指纹图谱。方法:按随机的方法将50只SD大鼠分成青光安20倍组、10倍组、5倍组、青光安2.5倍组、空白对照组。按体表面积换算的方法计算出每只大鼠的灌药量,以青光安颗粒剂溶液灌胃。灌药7天后,麻醉处死大鼠提取血清。用进样器取20μL供试品,注入高效液相仪进行指纹图谱分析。结果:色谱图的结果表明:青光安各剂量组色谱图共有特征色谱峰的相对保留时间的RSD在1%以内,相对峰面积的RSD也在3%以内,符合指纹图谱的要求。青光安20倍组与青光安2.5倍组、青光安5倍组比较两标示峰具有非常显著性差异,青光安20倍组与青光安10倍组比较两标示峰具有显著性差异;青光安10倍组与青光安2.5倍组比较两标示峰具有非常显著性差异,青光安10倍组与青光安5倍组比较两标示峰具有显著性差异;青光安5倍组与青光安2.5倍组比较两标示峰具有显著性差异。结论:青光安在体内的代谢产物浓度随给药浓度的不同也有所不同。
Objective: To study the fingerprints of Qingguangan rat serum. Methods: Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into 20 times, 10 times and 5 times of glaucoma and 2.5 times of glaucoma. Conclusion: The concentration of glaucoma in the body metabolites concentration varies with the drug concentration is also different.
