1995年是我国“八五”计划的最后一年,也是宝山实现新三年大变样目标的重要一年。如何以邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论和党的十四届三中、四中全会精神为指导,切实抓住机遇,进一步发挥宝山的优势,突出重点,推动全局,这是在新的一年里对我们区委、区政府和全区人民提出的新课题。
1995 is the last year of our Eighth Five-Year Plan and also an important year for Baoshan to achieve its goal of making major changes in the new three years.
