目的:建立一种简单易行,经济实用的小鼠皮肤移植方法。方法 对不同麻醉剂,供皮来源和包扎方法的移植效果进行了比较。结果:使用5％水合氯醛腹腔注射麻醉,背部皮片移植到背部,再用创可贴包扎的方法成功率高。结论:本研究为建立小鼠皮片移植模型提供了一种简便有效的方法。
Objective: To establish a simple, economical and practical mouse skin transplantation method. Methods The effects of different anesthetics, donor sources and dressing methods were compared. Results: 5% chloral hydrate intraperitoneal injection of anesthesia, back skin graft to the back, then bandage bandage method success rate. Conclusion: This study provides a simple and effective method for establishing mouse skin graft model.
