目的 :探讨螺旋CT对十二指肠肿瘤诊断及术前分期的临床价值。材料和方法 :对 2 5例十二指肠肿瘤的患者行螺旋CT扫描 ,其中 15例行增强扫描 ,并结合三维重建进行观察。结果 :螺旋CT对十二指肠肿瘤术前分期准确率可达79% ,结合钡餐、内镜定性诊断可达 96%。结论 :螺旋CT结合钡餐、内镜检查有助于对十二指肠肿瘤的定位、定性及肿瘤分期。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of spiral CT in the diagnosis and preoperative staging of duodenal tumors. Materials and Methods: Spiral CT scan was performed on 25 patients with duodenal tumors. Fifteen patients underwent enhanced CT scans and combined with 3D reconstruction. Results: The accuracy of spiral CT in preoperative staging of duodenal tumors was 79%. Combined with barium meal, the diagnostic accuracy of endoscopy was 96%. Conclusion: Spiral CT combined with barium meal and endoscopy can be helpful for the localization, characterization and tumor staging of duodenal tumors.
