我国电子政务标准进入试用期 电子政务涉及国民经济信息化的各个领域,标准化是保障电子政务工程建设和系统运行的科学管理手段。2002年2月,国务院信息化工作办公室和国家标准化管理委员会共同组建了“电子政务标准化总体组”。日前,经总体组初审通过,两部委联合向社会各界发出《关于<电子政务标准化指南>和六项电子政务标准试用和征求意见的通知》,要求结合本地区、部门实际应用和工程实践,对网络基础设施、支撑技术、工程管理、信息安全等方面标准进行试用和验证、并于8月底提出反馈意见,以便进一步修改和完善后正式颁布。
E-government standard of our country enters trial period E-government involves all fields of national economy informationization. Standardization is a scientific management method to ensure the construction and operation of e-government projects. February 2002, the State Council Information Office and the State Standardization Administration jointly set up a “e-government standardization overall group.” Recently, after the initial review by the general group, the two ministries and commissions jointly issued to all sectors of the society the Guidelines on the Standardization Guide for E-government and Six E-government Standards for Trial and Opinions, which required the combination of practical application and engineering practice in the region and department. Network infrastructure, support technology, project management, information security and other aspects of standards for trial and verification, and in the end of August put forward feedback, in order to further modify and improve the formal promulgation.
