日前,黑龙江省农业科学院同艺分院最新培育成的龙园橘红心大白菜新品系获得新的突破。其含的胡萝卜素是普通白菜的4倍,维生素 C 是普通白菜的1.5倍,现已在哈尔滨市部分郊区试种。据了解,该品系改变了过去传统白菜都是单一的白色的品种。它最大的特点是:内叶为橘红色,富含维生素 C,无论生食和熟食,颜色鲜艳美观,实属白菜中的精品。橘红心大白菜的生育期为65～70d,球叶叠抱,圆头,叶球短桶形,外叶深绿色,高抗病毒病,同时也兼抗霜霉病和软腐病。
