在天然气的开采过程中,高产气井的管汇压力一般来说要高于平时正常的静水柱压力,对于部分的高产气井其气井压力属于高压气藏,而在采油过程中对于机械设备比如说管汇的抗压程度的要求,以及在地面上的气井工程设施的要求都有了更高的规范,另外对于气井的开关方式和安全采气方面也有了更高的要求,比如说采气过程中涉及到的节流油嘴的耐高压性以及抗腐蚀的特性。这是对于井上的工程设施来说,在井下的管汇也受到来自各方的压力。由于管内的天然气本身就具备一定的腐蚀性,在长期的开采过程中会不断使油管壁的厚度变薄,加上气井内外的压强不同,以及其他的各种外界因素影响,很大程度上会造成高产气井管汇压力的安全问题。本文就在高产气井的管汇压力方面做出分析,对其可能产生的安全问题作出研究。
