用分离较纯的T、B淋巴细胞各五份,在扫描电镜下观察其表面光滑型及粗糙型。结果发现:无论是光滑型还是粗糙型淋巴细胞在T细胞及B细胞组份中,其百分比无明显的差别,这支持关于T、B淋巴细胞表面形态无差别的观点。
Five pure T and B lymphocytes were isolated and their surface smooth and rough type were observed under scanning electron microscope. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the percentages of both smooth and rough lymphocytes in T and B cell components, supporting the notion that there is no difference in the surface morphology of T and B lymphocytes.
