摘自日刊《制铁技术》,1990;(338) 1987年,新日铁八幡厂在近距离CC-HDR工艺的基础上成功地开发了远距离CC-HDR工艺。新工艺进一步发挥了节能、省力、降低成本和提高质量等优点。本文主要介绍实施这项技术的全过程热补偿技术和钢材温度的全过程模拟技术。全过程热补偿技术包括以下三方面。 (1) 在连铸机上生产高温铸坯的技术。
From the Japanese Journal of Iron and Steel Technology, 1990; (338) In 1987, Nippon Steel’s Yawata Plant successfully developed the long-range CC-HDR process based on the close-range CC-HDR process. The new technology has further exerted the advantages of energy saving, labor saving, cost reduction and quality improvement. This article describes the whole process of implementing this technology, thermal compensation technology and the whole process of steel temperature simulation. The whole process of thermal compensation technology includes the following three aspects. (1) The technology of producing high temperature slab in continuous casting machine.
