国家经委在今年三月上旬召开的第三次企业管理现代化座谈会上提出,要积极进行企业组织机构的改革,促进企业管理现代化。在今年的全国经济工作会议上也指出,大中型企业搞活,首先要面向自己,从企业内部找出原因、采取措施。宝钢自备电厂自投产以来,在企业内部改革了行业传统的机构体制,从而提高了经济效益,增强了企业的活力。
