法学是一门实践性很强的学科,加强实践性法学教育是法学本科教育的必然要求。本文分析了我国本科法学专业实践教学的现状及存在的问题,提出了法学实践教学的改革构想,为进一步加强法学本科专业实践性教学提出参考。
Law is a highly practical discipline, and strengthening practical legal education is an inevitable requirement of law undergraduate education. This article analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the practice teaching of law major in our country, puts forward the reform idea of the law practice teaching, and puts forward some suggestions for further strengthening the practical teaching of the law major.
