为了配合新的预算会计制度改革,促进新的预算会计制度顺利实施,财政部统一组织开发了一套符合新制度要求的财务软件——“通用财务软件”。本套软件的推广使用,旨在规范和加强行政事业单位财务电算化管理,为今后预算收支管理体制改革和在全国范围内建立预算收支网络信息系统奠定基础。
In line with the new budget accounting system reform and the smooth implementation of the new budget accounting system, the Ministry of Finance has unifiedly developed a set of financial software - “general financial software ” that meets the requirements of the new system. The promotion and use of this set of software aims at standardizing and strengthening the financialized computerized management of administrative institutions and laying the foundation for the future reform of budgetary revenue and expenditure management system and the establishment of a nationwide budgetary revenue and expenditure network information system.
