一、1989年机电工作情况 1989年是煤炭工业安全、生产最好的一年。煤矿机电工作和整个煤炭生产形势一样,也取得了明显的成绩。机电设备管理工作日趋科学化,矿井机电设备装备尽力采用先进技术,设备安全运行程度得到进一步提高,机电安全取得历史最好水平。为认真贯彻执行国务院颁发的《全民所有制工业交通企业设备管理条例》和能源部颁发的《煤炭工业企业设备管理规程》,我们举办了全国煤矿机电设备管理培训班,并在这个基础上各省相继举办了局、矿长学习班,增强了设备综合管理意识。同时还召开了煤矿机电设备调查会、分析机电设备管理工作状况,不断提高设备
