本文研究了液态铸轧钢板新工艺,在实验室和工业生产条件下铸轧低碳钢板获得成功。并利用铸轧低碳钢板制成农具和日用五金。通过系统的工艺研究,掌握了稳定成型的工艺参数和生产过程;通过对铸轧低碳钢板的组织、热处理制度和力学性能的研究表明:铸态组织为不均匀晶粒和魏氏组织,其性能较为硬脆,经退火和“周期处理”后晶粒细小且均匀,珠光体形态规则,分布均匀,综合性能基本合格。铸轧钢板经900~950℃、10~30%热轧,不仅改善表面质量和板厚精度,而且其力学性能达到传统方法生产的 G3钢板的性能要求。
In this paper, the new technology of liquid casting steel plate is studied. The success of casting low carbon steel plate in laboratory and industrial production is achieved. And the use of cast-rolled carbon steel farm tools and household hardware. Through the systematic study of the technology, we have mastered the process parameters and the production process of stable molding. The research on the microstructure, heat treatment system and mechanical properties of the cast low carbon steel showed that the as-cast microstructure is inhomogeneous grains and Widmanstatten, The performance is more hard and brittle, after annealing and “cycle treatment” after the grain is small and uniform, pearlite morphology and uniform distribution, the overall performance of the basic qualified. The rolled steel plate is hot-rolled at 900 ~ 950 ℃ and 10 ~ 30%, not only improving the surface quality and thickness accuracy, but also meeting the mechanical properties of G3 steel produced by the traditional method.
