本实验参照常规制备中药汤剂的方法制备样品液,按中国《药典》一部1986年版含量测定法测定苦杏仁不同煎煮时间而制得的煎煮液中苦杏仁甙的煎出量。测定结果以苦杏仁煎煮16—20分钟所得的煎煮液中的苦杏仁甙的煎出率最高。
This experiment refers to the routine preparation of traditional Chinese medicine decoction method to prepare sample solution, according to the Chinese “Pharmacopoeia” a 1986 edition content determination method to determine the different decocting time of bitter almonds prepared decoction of amygdalin in the decoction. The results showed that the amygdalin in the decoction liquid obtained by boiling the bitter almond for 16-20 minutes had the highest decoction rate.
