远程培训是当前学校对在校教师进行继续教育的一个主要手段,通过远程培训工作的有效开展,不仅可以完善教师的知识结构,提高教学技术,使其更好地适应新时代的教育需求,而且对教学质量的稳步提升,学校各阶段发展目标的实现也有不容忽视的作用。近年来,为了从根本上提高教师综合素质,学校对教师远程培训工作的实效性也给予了高度重视。鉴于此,主要以山西省为例,在探讨中小学教师全员远程培训工作开展现状的基础上,对工作中表现出来的问题进行总结、分析,然后提出几点完善策略,以期从根本上提高远程培训的实效性,促进培训目标的顺利实现。
Distance training is one of the main means of continuing education for school teachers in current schools. In view of this, taking Shanxi Province as an example, on the basis of discussing the present situation of primary and secondary school teachers’ long-distance training, the paper summarizes and analyzes the problems shown in the work, and then puts forward some improvement strategies in order to improve fundamentally Effectiveness of distance training to promote the smooth realization of training objectives.
