本文着重介绍火焰光度计测定肉食品中钾与钠。仪器与试剂:(1)6400型火焰光度计(上海分析仪器厂);(2)钾标准液(1000ppm):称取于105℃烘2小时的氯化钾(A.R)1.9068克,溶于水并定容至1升;(3)钠标准液(1000ppm):称取于105℃烘2小时的氯化钠(A.R)2.5421克,溶于水并定容至1升;(4)50%氨水;(5)0.1%酚红指示剂;(6)水均为去离子水。
This article focuses on the determination of potassium and sodium in meat products by the flame photometer. Instruments and reagents: (1) 6400 flame photometer (Shanghai Analytical Instrument Factory); (2) potassium standard solution (1000ppm): Weigh 1.9068 grams potassium chloride (AR) (3) sodium standard solution (1000ppm): Weigh 2.5421g of sodium chloride (AR) bake at 105 ℃ for 2 hours, dissolve in water and dilute to 1 liter; (4) 50% Ammonia; (5) 0.1% phenol red indicator; (6) water is deionized water.
