当今世界社会竞争日趋激烈,生活节奏明显加快,生存环境的多样性、复杂性,给人们的生活、工作带来无穷压力。烟草作为一个特殊行业,众目睽睽,具有更多的复杂性、特别性,身在职场的烟草员工,职业压力日臻凸现,无声中影响着人们主观能动性的发挥。职业压力研究应成为新形势下企业思想政治工作者坚持“以人为本”的管理理念与实际工作相结合的一个重要课题。
In today’s world, the social competition is getting fiercer and the pace of life is obviously accelerated. The diversity and complexity of living environment bring endless pressure on people’s life and work. As a special industry, tobacco has a lot of complexity and special features. The tobacco workers who are in the workplace have become more and more professional pressure, affecting people’s subjective initiative in silence. The study of occupational stress should become an important issue that the ideological and political workers in enterprises adhere to the management concept of “people-oriented” and their practical work under the new situation.
