大葱29系是从享誉国内外的传统章丘大葱品种中采用系圃法提纯复壮选育而成。本品种株高1.1～2米,管状叶较粗短、上冲势强、色浓绿、被有腊粉,叶肉厚韧,叶间距适中;葱白呈柱状,长50～80厘米,直径4厘米左右,组织紧密,质地较细致、脆嫩,轻感辛辣。根系发达,独秆不分蘖,抗风、抗病、抗寒力强,耐肥水、耐贮藏、运输,各地春秋播均可,单株重0.25～1.5公斤,高者达2公斤以上。其栽培技术如下。
