房地产大盘世纪城以370万平方米开发面积独步京城,开发商金源集团也因此跃上中国民营房地产三甲宝座。金源集团董事长黄如论,却没有把手中的所有土地变成住宅,而是打算告别他起家的住宅开发业,转向商业地产。 不过,令人颇感意外的是,这次转型商业地产,黄居然在商业管理团队没有完全建立的情况下,就大笔一挥亲自设计了面积达68万平方米的世界最大SHOPPING MALL。
