热管换热器是一种高效的余热回收装置,但由于应用在燃煤炉窑的烟气中容易积尘失效,所以一直未得到很好的应用。中国有色金属工业总公司长沙公司节能技术服务中心(湖南有色金属研究所)为湖南新化瓷厂2~#隧道窑设计研究的热管换热器于一九八七年八月一日正式投产运行,使用了振动和吹灰的方法,解决了换热器积尘问题。经一个多月的运行,换热效果良好,回收热量达35~40万千卡/小时。使该厂烘坯产量提高了三分之一,效益十分显著,为陶瓷行业推广应用热管换热器回收余热取得了新经验。
