①目的 探讨p5 3基因突变及nm2 3 H1蛋白的表达与肺癌临床病理特征的关系。②方法 应用免疫组织化学SABC法 ,标记 118例肺癌组织 ,观察P5 3及nm2 3 H1蛋白的表达。③结果 P5 3和nm2 3 H1蛋白表达与肺癌病人年龄、性别、淋巴结是否转移、浸润范围无明显关系 ( χ2 =0~ 3 .5 8,P >0 .0 5 ) ,而与肿瘤组织学类型、分化程度有明显关系 ( χ2 =5 .83~ 9.5 4,P <0 .0 5 )。④结论 P5 3和nm2 3 H1蛋白可作为评估肺癌分化程度的重要生物学标志
Objective To investigate the relationship between the p53 gene mutation and the expression of nm23H1 protein and the clinicopathological features of lung cancer. 2 Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to label 118 cases of lung cancer and observe the expression of P53 and nm23H1 proteins. 3 Results The expression of P5 3 and nm2 3 H1 protein was not significantly related to the age, sex, lymph node metastasis, or invasive range of lung cancer patients (χ 2 =0 0 3 3 5 58 , P > 0.05), but it was related to the histological type of tumors. There was a significant relationship between the degree of differentiation (χ2 = 5.83-9.5. P<0.05). 4 Conclusion P5 3 and nm2 3 H1 proteins can be used as important biomarkers to evaluate the differentiation of lung cancer.
