癌症晚期骨转移很常见，其表现为局部疼痛和功能障碍。一般止痛药物和麻醉剂只能短时缓解疼痛，很难达到完全止痛效果，而用放射治疗止痛效果显著。回顾分析1979年10月至1997年1月经放射止痛治疗的59例骨转移癌结果如下。临床资料本组59例。男性37例，女性22例。年龄15～77岁。
Advanced bone metastases in cancer are common and manifest as local pain and dysfunction. General analgesic drugs and anesthetics can only relieve pain in a short time, it is difficult to achieve complete analgesic effect, and the effect of pain relief with radiation therapy is significant. Retrospective analysis of 59 cases of bone metastases treated with radiation analgesia from October 1979 to January 1997 was as follows. Clinical data in this group of 59 cases. There were 37 males and 22 females. Age 15-77 years old.
