采用紫外-可见光谱法、荧光光谱法,研究了两种新颖的席夫碱3-溴-5-氯水杨醛缩邻氯苯胺(BCSC)、3-溴-5-氯水杨醛缩对甲基苯胺(BCST)与DNA作用模式,研究表明两种化合物与CT-DNA作用紫外-可见光谱出现减色效应,随着CT-DNA的加入,化合物的荧光强度减弱,同时进行了KI对其荧光的猝灭实验,所有结果显示两种化合物与CT-DNA以嵌入模式结合。
