介绍以旋转填料床为强制混合反应器进行化学液相沉淀反应,生产碳酸钙、氢氧化铝、硫酸钡、氧化锌、拟薄水铝石、碳酸缌等纳米粉体材料的工艺及实验结果,考察旋转填料床转速、溶液的过饱和程度、分散剂等因素对平均粒径的影响,提出还需要解决的问题,提出用错流型旋转床解决逆流型旋转床气相压降过大的难题.
This paper introduces the process and experimental results of producing nanometer powder materials such as calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, barium sulfate, zinc oxide, pseudoboehmite and carbonic acid carbonate by rotating the packed bed as compulsory mixed reactor for chemical liquid precipitation reaction. The effects of the rotating speed of packed bed, the degree of supersaturation of the solution and the dispersant on the average particle size were investigated. The problems to be solved were also pointed out. The problem of using the cross-flow rotating bed to solve the problem of excessive pressure drop in the countercurrent rotating bed was proposed.
