目的分析舒适护理在老年患者心血管介入治疗中的作用效果。方法将收治的70例老年心血管介入治疗患者随机分为观察组及对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理,比较两组护理结果。结果观察组并发症发生率为8.6%,对照组为28.6%,两组差异显著;观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组。结论:给予老年心血管介入治疗舒适护理,可以降低并发症的发生率提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of comfort nursing on cardiovascular interventional therapy in elderly patients. Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with cardiovascular intervention were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comfortable nursing. The nursing results of two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications was 8.6% in the observation group and 28.6% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. CONCLUSION: Comfortable care for elderly patients with cardiovascular intervention can reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient satisfaction.
