目的分析我院铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)的临床分布和耐药性特点。方法回顾性分析我院2012年1月-2014年12月临床分离的961株PAE非重复株标本分布及耐药性。结果 961株PAE的标本来源主要为呼吸道分泌物及创面,分别占79.8%和10.3%;科室分布主要为呼吸内科(22.4%)、ICU病区(25.5%)及神经外科(12.5%);2012-2014年PAE对庆大霉素、哌拉西林及头孢哌酮等的耐药率略有上升趋势。结论 PAE易导致医院感染发生,应加强我院耐药性监测,以指导临床医师合理使用抗菌药物。
Objective To analyze the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PAE) in our hospital. Methods The clinical distribution and drug resistance of 961 non-replicative PAE strains from January 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results 961 strains of PAE mainly originated from respiratory secretions and wounds, accounting for 79.8% and 10.3% respectively. The departments of respiratory system were mainly respiratory medicine (22.4%), ICU (25.5%) and neurosurgery (12.5%). - In 2014, the resistance rate of PAE to gentamicin, piperacillin and cefoperazone showed a slight upward trend. Conclusions PAE easily lead to nosocomial infections, drug resistance monitoring should be strengthened in our hospital to guide clinicians to rational use of antimicrobial agents.
