根据临床需要,我们研制了上颔窦骨钻。本文具体阐述了上颔窦骨钻的结构、操作步骤和应用范围。总结了自1983年以来,利用上颌窦骨钴经下鼻道行上颌窦钻孔术,进行上颔窦光导纤维内窥镜检查,采取病理标本,为上颌窦疾病提供了可靠的病理诊断根据,避免了治疗的盲目性。同时,还用此法治疗了上颌窦炎及上颌窦囊肿病人,收到了较为满意的疗效。
