食管癌作为中国发病率和死亡率均位于前列的恶性肿瘤,手术是目前主要的治疗方法。随着腔镜设备的发展和微创手术经验的积累,全腔镜食管癌手术已在许多医院开展,其在围术期并发症发病率上较传统手术有明显下降[1]。本文探讨全腔镜手术对食管癌术后肺部感染的影响,现报告如下。
