本文对硬质合金企业原料供应和库存成本进行了研究,分析了当前硬质合金企业库存面临的困境,认为在原料价格和供应不确定的情况下,硬质合金企业更应关注企业的缺货成本和进价成本,提出了通过ABC分类法和分批供货策略等手段来降低企业的库存成本。
