为解决相关管理部门对出租车经营违规行为监管处于事后获取或采用巡查方式的问题,为管理部门对出租车加强事前预防和管理决策提供有力保障,利用时间序列匹配GPS数据与计价器数据,通过地图匹配方法、Dijkstra算法、计价器获取了不同的里程数据。分析了出租车GPS里程和最短路径、GPS里程与计价器里程、GPS里程计算费用与计价器费用的关系。经过对连续一段时间内数据的统计分析,计算了上述关系的比值。采用D-S证据理论方法,以里程、时间、费用作为约束指标,综合判别了其行为是否违规,并将分析结果直观显示在地图上。利用深圳市2015年9月8日至2015年11月7日16 275辆出租车GPS数据和计价器数据进行了实例验证,经过与管理部门进行核对,发现其查处的违规车辆均在分析结果中有所体现,由此说明该方法切实有效。
In order to solve the problem that the relevant management department regulates the taxi regulatory violations afterwards or adopts the inspection method, it provides a powerful guarantee for the management departments to enhance the prevention and management decision-making of the taxis in advance, and uses the time series to match the GPS data with the meter data. Map matching method, Dijkstra algorithm, meter get different mileage data. The paper analyzes the relationship between taxi GPS mileage and shortest route, GPS mileage and meter mileage, GPS mileage calculation cost and meter cost. After a series of statistical analysis of data for a period of time, calculated the ratio of the above relationship. Using D-S theory of evidence theory, using mileage, time and cost as the constraint indicators, we can judge whether the behavior is illegal or not, and visually display the analysis results on the map. Using the data of 16,275 taxi GPS data and meter data from Shenzhen city from September 8, 2015 to November 7, 2015, the paper verified the case and checked against the management department and found that the illegal vehicles investigated were all in the analysis results Somehow, this shows that the method is effective.
