目的提出一种对2D STE应变与应变率分析进行数值仿真的方法。方法近似模拟心肌组织在心动周期中的弹性运动过程,构建2D STE数值仿真模型,并给出相应的应变、应变率理论值,然后将该模型应用于实际的应变分析系统中,通过理论值与实际值的对比来评价应变分析系统的性能。结果将该模型应用于基于块匹配的2D STE应变分析系统中,跟踪计算所得的应变、应变率实际曲线与理论曲线具有较高的一致性。结论本文方法能够有效、可靠地定量评估2D STE心肌组织应变与应变率计算的准确性。
Objective To propose a method of numerical simulation of 2D STE strain and strain rate analysis. Methods Approximately simulate the elastic movement of myocardial tissue in the cardiac cycle, construct the numerical simulation model of 2D STE, and give the theoretical value of strain and strain rate. Then apply the model to the actual strain analysis system, The actual value of the comparison to evaluate the performance of strain analysis system. Results The model was applied to the 2D STE strain analysis system based on block matching. The actual curves of strain and strain rate were highly consistent with the theoretical curves. Conclusion This method can effectively and reliably evaluate the accuracy of strain and strain rate calculation of myocardial tissue of 2D STE.
