During the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period, the county will comprehensively carry out the technological transformation of the roads at the county, township and village levels in line with the realization of the “556” road network construction project put forward by the Liaoning provincial government. In order to make the technological transformation of the highway not only meet the technical standards, but also save manpower, material and financial resources and land and reduce the construction cost, the author puts forward some experiences and opinions for the reference of the counterparts. First, careful planning and drawing the blueprint “556” road network engineering, is based on the national highway trunk skeleton, county, township and village roads as the support of the road network extending in all directions. Therefore, careful planning of these highways should be considered from the perspective of the overall arrangement of “mountains, water, fields, forests and roads”
