智能隔离断路器(SDCB)是构建智能电网的关键设备,SDCB具有众多智能电子装置,并且工作在恶劣的电磁环境中,因而其电磁兼容(EMC)水平直接影响电力系统的安全性和可靠性。文中对SDCB的试验端口进行定义,根据相关标准对其电磁兼容试验方法进行分析。根据隔离断路器(DCB)的标准,重点研究了SDCB的EMC试验方法,分析SDCB传导发射(CE)的测试方法和整改方案,证明SDCB进行EMC试验的必要性以及该试验方法的可行性和有效性。
Smart Circuit Breaker (SDCB) is the key equipment for building smart grid. SDCB has many intelligent electronic devices and works in harsh electromagnetic environment. Therefore, its electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) level directly affects the safety and reliability of power system. This paper defines the test port of SDCB, and analyzes its EMC test method according to relevant standards.
