研究了T91钢在600,650和700℃10%KCl+10%K_2SO_4+80%Na_2SO_4(质量分数)混合熔融盐中的热腐蚀行为。采用XRD,SEM/EDS对腐蚀产物膜相组成和形貌进行了分析。结果表明,T91钢在腐蚀过程中均表现为失重,特别是在650和700℃下失重尤为严重。600℃下的腐蚀产物膜主要由Fe_3O_4组成;而650和700℃下的腐蚀产物膜基本剥落殆尽,EDS分析表明残留的腐蚀产物中S含量较高,这导致腐蚀产物严重剥落。熔盐中Cl可与Cr_2O_3反应生成挥发性的CrO_2Cl_2,导致腐蚀进一步加速。
The hot corrosion behavior of T91 steel in molten salt mixed with 10% KCl + 10% K 2 SO 4 + 80% Na 2 SO 4 (mass fraction) at 600, 650 and 700 ℃ was studied. The phase composition and morphology of the corrosion products were analyzed by XRD and SEM / EDS. The results show that T91 steel shows weight loss during the corrosion process, especially at 650 and 700 ℃. The corrosion products at 600 ℃ mainly consist of Fe_3O_4, while the corrosion products at 650 and 700 ℃ are almost exfoliated. The EDS analysis shows that the content of S in the residual corrosion products is high, which leads to the serious spalling of the corrosion products. In molten salt, Cl reacts with Cr 2 O 3 to form volatile CrO 2 Cl 2, resulting in further acceleration of corrosion.
